Everything you want to know before booking a service.
It all starts with a conversation (phone or email) to understand your project: number of guests, occasion, preferences, possible dietary requirements. I then propose a custom menu, which we adjust together.
On the day, I take care of everything: shopping, arriving at your home about 2 to 3 hours before the meal depending on the menu, setting up in your kitchen, cooking and plating. I cook discreetly so you can enjoy your home in complete peace of mind.
During service, you stay with your guests: I handle everything in the kitchen. Before leaving, I leave your kitchen clean.
Each service is unique and calculated tailor-made, based on the number of guests, the chosen menu and the selected ingredients. The quote is free and without obligation.
For a precise quote, contact me with a few details about your project (date, number of guests, occasion) — I reply within 24 hours.
For a weekday meal, ideally 2 weeks in advance is enough. For a more important event (birthday party, bachelor/hen party, brunch, gourmet stay), I recommend 3 to 4 weeks, especially in high season (spring-summer and end-of-year holidays).

Yes, no problem. I regularly work with dietary constraints: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, allergies. The key is to inform me as soon as the quote request so that I can adapt each dish without compromising on taste and generosity.
I bring my chef's tools (knives, boards, small accessories) as well as ingredients prepared in advance. I use your kitchen and your equipment for cooking and plating: an oven and a few dishes are usually enough.
For dishes, cutlery, glasses and the tablecloth, you provide them — they reflect your style and your table.
I leave your kitchen clean before leaving: I clean everything I used to prepare the meal (worktops, utensils, cooking dishes).
Table dishes (plates, cutlery, glasses) used during the meal remain your responsibility — unless specifically requested, which can be included in the quote.

You live a bit further away? Contact me anyway: for a special event or a gourmet stay, I can consider longer travel.
I accept cash, bank transfer and cheque. For services exceeding 200 € or for events, I require a 30 % deposit at booking, with the balance paid at the end of the service.
As a sole proprietor (Entrepreneur Individuel) not subject to VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), my invoices do not mention VAT.
